BOOKING & PAYMENT
• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time.
• Your session is not considered booked until the retainer and required booking documents have been received.
• Remaining balances are due according to the terms provided at booking.

SESSION COVERAGE
• Session time and coverage are continuous and may not be divided or paused.
• Portrait session pricing includes up to 5 people unless otherwise stated.
• Additional participants are $25 per person.
• Additional locations may be added when scheduling and may require an additional fee.
• Additional coverage may be available at an hourly rate when scheduling permits.

• Travel beyond 30 miles is $0.75 per mile, round trip.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
• One reschedule may be permitted with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Additional or last-minute changes may require a rescheduling or new booking fee.
• New session dates are subject to availability.
• Weather or unsafe shooting conditions may require a session to be rescheduled at the photographer's discretion.
• Final group size and session details should be communicated in advance. Participants not disclosed before the session may not be accommodated.
